Will Bimax Surgery Improve The Width Of My Mandible and Zygos?

Q: Dr. Eppley, I would like to hear your advice on the path toward improving the width of my mandible and my zygos. A previous doctor advised that I was not the best candidate for bimaxillary surgery but instead implants suited me best. My goal is of course facial improvement/male model look. A:It is an accurate statement that A BIMAX procedure only produces sagittal projection and cannot do anything for facial width, only implants can.
