Who Should I Have Take Out Malar Fat Pads?

Q: Dr. Eppley, Should I have a malar fat pad removed by a cosmetic surgeon?

A: I assume you mean by a malar fat pad you mean the buccal fat pad…since that is the cheek fat that can be surgically removed.
