What Size Custom Testicle Implant Do I Need?

Q: Dr. Eppley, considering the two options, I feel that testicle implant displacement is what I’ve been considering most. Where I am less sure is what size I would be happy with.

A:Aesthetic happiness is a personal objective. Effectiveness of the technique is the only definitive measured outcome I can comment on. As a general guideline for the displacement technique you want the custom implants to be at least 70% or more larger in size than that of your natural testicles. So for example if your natural testicles are 3.5 cm in size that means the very minimum size you should have for succesful displacement is 5 cm and I would probably hedge that up to 5.5 or even 6 cm to be certain they are ideally effective.
