A:With natural testicles at 3.9cms on the right and 3.7cms on the left you are in the ‘gray one’ of the two testicular enlargement methods. If you were a bit smaller than the side by side method with 6.0cm or larger imnplants with a very low rate of problems could be used…and which is always the preferred method. If you were any bigger then the wrap around method is preferred with its relatively higher rate of complications which is always the risk of implant separation from the testicle. In this size testicle it tis always a difficult decision.
