A:Any injection therapy into the glabellar area, whether it is filler or fat, has a risk of vascular occlusion with potential vision loss. As a result this would not be an advisable treatment for glabellar lines. Implants are only used when the glabellar lines are deep or V-shaped  where excision of them is also considered. By your own description, moderate glabellar lines, this does not appear to be the case.
