Is The Use of Bone Cement for Forehead Augmentation A Good Idea?

Q: Dr. Eppley, My question is that would you recommend augmenting the forehead with MMA bone cement to yield a very aesthetic result? Also do you  recommend leaving the brow ridge alone to keep a masculine appearance?

A:It requires a large scalp incision to place a bone cement material on the forehead. This is why custom forehead implants are far superior both in control of the implant’s shape but also in the much smaller incision needed to place it. (80% smaller in length)

Having a good brow bone prominence only improvement in the slope of the forehead needs to be done.
