How Can My Flat Nipples After A Breast Reduction Be Corrected?
Q: Dr. Eppley, I had a breast reduction two years ago, I am concerned about my nipples are not erected, look flatter, inverted. I think my surgeon did a nipple graft. I want to know of this can be corrected.
A: If you had a free nipple graft type breast reduction then the nipple will have no sensation or ability to become erect. It will also lack projection and appear more flat. These new features of the nipple can not be changed.
