A: If the testicle implant feels very hard it is undoubtably a saline or older silicone style implant. That feel can be significantly improved by replacing it with an ultra soft solod silicone testicle. The only question is whether this woulkd be a standard implant (5 cms or less in size) or would require a custom implant. (greater than 5 cms in size)
