Q: Dr. Eppley,Please Dr. Barry Can we ask please that question which is With Which kind of Breast Implant’s type is can someone achieve XXXL sizes with Overfilled Saline or Expanders please ? Thank you

A: Silicone gel breast implant sizes are now available up to 1430ccs.But perhaps the question may be can one go from no implants to an XL implant volume in one surgery….that would be very unlikely for most women.
