How Can I Get More Hollow Cheeks And A More Angular Facial Appearance?

Q: Dr. Eppley, One thing that bothers me is the fact that I don’t have hollow cheeks like a lot of models do. Why is this, and how could I get that as well as just get a more angular facial structure overall? I have heard that thick skin tissue plays a part, not sure if that is the case for me?

Best regards.

A: Thank you for sending your pictures. While thicker skin does play a major role in how well the facial bones are seen, you still have some room for improvement in changing some of your facial structure. The two areas that strike me as the most important for you are buccal lipectomies (for hollow cheeks) and jaw angle augmentation. (for more angular facial structure) n This would enhance the already largely good facial bone structure you already have.
