For My Desired Facial Changes Do I Need Bimax or Implant Surgery?

My bite is perfect I just need the change for aesthetic purposes.. Do you think Bimax is the best solution or implants?

A:Based on your face now and your desired goals double tall surgery with absolutely not be the correct procedure.
