Do All Custom Testicke Implants Have A Hollow Inner Chamber?

Q: Dr. Eppley, Hey there, I am interested in testicle implants.I still have my current testes – they work, but they have shrunk a lot, so I would like to add silicone implants.

I see that there are a few different options regarding if they are solid, or are a sort of a wrap-around of the existing testicles.

I am curious about pricing for the various options, what sizes you offer, and the cost of the hollow-chamber implants vs the solid silicone.

A: Thank you for your inquiry. For now, I will assume that you would benefit most by a side-by-side custom testicle implant approach. All custom implants have a small internal hollow chamber to ensure maximum softness which is different than the very large internal chambers that exist in the wraparound testicular enhancement technique.
