Can Infraorbital-Malar Augmentation Be Done With Filler or Fat Injections?

Q: Dr. Eppley, I’m hoping to get saddled infraorbital malar implants that fits my natural profile harmoniously giving me a fiercer look also maybe some zygo projection as well as long as it doesn’t make me look bloated.

A: For successful infraorbital-malar augmentation filler or fat injections are poor choices to do so. Effective skeletal augmentations require more stout and preformed materials.

Also I’d like to know if I actually need the implants or if my desired result is achievable through just under eye fat grafting and some fillers here and there
