Can I Get My Forehead Width Reduced?

Q:Dr. Eppley, Is there a procedure to reduce forehead width? If such a surgery exists how much can generally be reduced per side?

A: Forehead width reduction is done by reducing the temporal lines at the side of the forehead. As a general rule, one can readily reduce 4 to 5 mm at this thickened skull area.
