Can I Get Mu Chin Hardware Removed With A Dermal-Fat Graft?

Q: Dr. Eppley, I have a question if this is a procedure that you perform: utilizing dermal fat-grafts in conjunction with hardware removal to correct complications from genioplasty. These procedures target chronic chin tightness and lip stiffness.

I had double jaw surgery and genioplasty six months ago  and have a lot of stiffness around where the  genioplasty plate is. I also have irritation around the right side of my mandible. I am interested in full hardware removal with bone grafting.
