Can I Get Midface Augmentation With Implants?
Q: Dr. Eppley, I’ve also tried dermafillers and I liked the way it looked but I think I’d prefer implants but I’m not so sure, my main concern is the paranasal and i want more of a full look in the front view io my face, i circled my main concerns.
A:The midface areas you have circled do reflect a central midface deficiency for which implant augmentation would be a better long term option than injectable fillers. When it comes to your midface augmentation with implants the only question is whether standard or custom implants would offer the better aesthetic outcome. The custom implant approach is always better with such a large surface area of bone coverage.
