Can I Get Cheek Implants At The Same Time As a LeFort I Osteotomy?

Q: Dr. Eppley, I am looking to get a LeFort 1 Osteotomy surgery plus cheek implants. I am looking to do these surgeries at the same time and I am wondering how much it would be plus how long the recovery time would be.

A:It is not uncommon to perform cheek augmentation at the same time as a LeFort I osteotomy. However before any cost or other imformation can be provided I would need some more specific information about the desire/need of a LeFort I osteotomy.

2) if so do you have a malocclusion where ot could be performed in isolation

3) Have you had a orthodontic preparation for the surgery?

4) How much movement does the Lefort I osteotomy require?
