Can I Get Buccal Lipectomies After Orthognathic Surgery?

Q: Dr. Eppley, I had orthognathic surgery more than a year ago, in which surgery they also transferred my buccal fat pads upwards to the paranasal area. 

I want them removed because it doesn’t look good. 

Is it possible to remove them, if not, can Kybella injections fix that?
