Q: Dr. Eppley,What kind of Breast Implant’s type can someone achieve 2000cc or more cc with Overfilled Saline or Expanders or has to be ordered Custom size Silicone gel Implants like 2000cc Custom Silicone gel ones or more?
A: There are no custom made silicone breast implants which is not allowed per the FDA. Thus the only way to get to 2000ccs by tissue expansion and overfilled saline breast implants.
