Can Adult Sagittal Craniosynostosis Be Treated?

Q: Dr. Eppley,  i have untreated sagittal craniosynostosis as a child. it has always bothered me greatly I’m in my early 30s now and seeking help form somebody that may be able to help me.

Thanks for your time.

A: Most adult sagittal craniosynostosis are treated by a custom skull implant with potentially some bone reduction of the sagittal and occipital skull areas. Whether all of that applies to you I. can not say without knowing what you look like.
