Can A Penoscrotal Web Repair and Scrotoplasty Be Done At The Same Time?

Q: Dr. Eppley,My question for Dr. Eppley is whether or not penoscrotal web repair/scrotoplasty is available for a patient (myself) with a small varicocele as this affliction is causing increasingly painful intercourse along with toilet submerges/constant discomfort while I am unable to locate a local provider familiar with the procedure

A: Until I see some actual pictures of your penoscrotal webbing/Loose scrotal tissues I would assume that addressing these issues as possible as they would be for almost anybody. As it relates to the varicocele this is not a condition that I treat so if this is a a significant contributor to your discomfort that should be addressed first by a Urologist who is much more familiar with treating it.
