Are XL Testicle Implants Better Than Scrofiller?

Q: Dr. Eppley, I am interested in achieving a larger scrotum. I’m on testosteroneI recently did Scrofiller. But i need a lot and its expensive.  So im wondering if implants are the way to go.

A: I don’t think the question is whether you can get extra large testicle implants which would provide permanent scrotal volume. I think the real question is what size implant can your scrotum be able to accommodate and how close does that come to your scrotal augmentation goal?

In my experience with patients who infuse their scrotum the size that they want to achieve often appears considerably larger than that which implants can obtain. How that applies to you is going to require further information about your specific scrotal, augmentation, goals, and how much volume are you willing to accept with what implants can achieve.
