Am I A Good Candidate for Infraorbital Rim Implants?

Q: Dr. Eppley, Hi! I’m considering infraorbital rim implants. Do I seem like a good candidate, would the procedure be able to fix my problem?

A: It would be very fair to say that you have major infraorbital rim skeletal deficiency for which implant augmentation can only help. But the magnitude of the deficiency requires a combination of vertical and horizontal rim augmentation  as well as blending over into the anterior malar area. This requires a custom infraorbital implant approach.
