Am I A Good Candidate for Forehead Reduction Surgery?

Q: Dr. Eppley, Interested in forehead reduction surgery.

A:Thank you for sending your pictures. You have bilateral prominent forehead eminences (horns) which is the obvious basis for the pursuit of forehead reduction surgery. In consideration of such surgery there are two determinations to be made. First, what is the thickness of the forehead horns and can they be adequately reduced based on this bone thickness. This requires a 2D skull scan to make that determination. Secondly,  where is the incision going to be placed through which the reduction can be done?  It has to be either at the frontal hairline or just behind it which poses a bit of a technical challenge given the distance between the hairline and the prominent bony area.
